The decisive edge came from Columbia’s three technical falls. Lorenzo Frezza put together a dominant 17-2 technical fall at 141 pounds, Cesar Alvan followed with a 21-5 technical fall at 165 pounds, and Nick Fine closed one of the bigger margins with a 19-4 technical fall at 184 pounds. Those bonus-point performances created separation and turned routine wins into a runaway team score.

Harvard’s most significant result came from Logan Brzozowski at 133 pounds, who notched a 21-6 technical fall to collect five team points for the Crimson. That effort was one of Harvard’s few high-scoring outcomes, but Columbia’s string of bonus victories prevented it from changing the overall trajectory of the dual.

Columbia’s depth and ability to convert opportunities into majors and tech falls was the clear difference in this matchup. With multiple three- and four-point outings, the Lions built a lead that Harvard could not overcome, leaving Columbia with a convincing 32-8 road win.
