Minnesota Men's Wrestling downed North Dakota State Men's Wrestling 27-9 at the Bierman Field Athletic Building in Minneapolis on December 7, 2025. The Golden Gophers built a lead they never relinquished, finishing with a comfortable 18-point margin fueled by multiple bonus-point victories.

The middle weights produced the biggest swings. #3 Max McEnelly dominated at 184 pounds, posting a 22-6 technical fall that earned Minnesota five team points. Another big bonus came at 165, where #10 Andrew Sparks closed on an 18-3 technical fall for five more team points, a pair of results that essentially decided the dual.

Minnesota also picked up major decisions at 141 and 285 to pad the margin. #10 Vance VomBaur beat Michael Olson 9-1 for a major decision, and #13 Koy Hopke delivered an 11-0 major over Drew Blackburn-Forst, each worth four team points. Those four bonus-point wins accounted for the bulk of Minnesota’s scoring and left NDSU searching for an answer.
