Several high-impact results tilted the score toward Gardner-Webb. Tyson Lane recorded a fall at 125 pounds, and #15 T.K. Davis dominated at 133 with a 22-5 technical fall, both earning extra team points. Tucker Cell added another bonus result at 165, posting a 19-1 technical fall that further widened the gap. Those bonus wins provided the momentum and scoring cushion that Campbell could not erase.
