The Citadel edged Campbell 24-11 in a SoCon dual at The Citadel in Charleston, SC on February 14, 2025. Bonus-point wins were the difference in this meeting, with three matches producing major team swings and ultimately creating the margin that decided the dual.

Campbell picked up a big boost from Shannon Hanna at 141 pounds, who rolled to a 19-4 technical fall and five team points. That offensive outburst kept the visitors competitive, but The Citadel answered with a pair of bonus victories. Patrick Brophy’s 18-3 technical fall at 197 supplied another five team points and served as the pivotal result that shifted the scoring balance back in favor of the hosts.

At heavyweight Jonathan Chesser closed matters with an 8-0 major decision, adding four more team points and helping The Citadel pull away.
