Anthony Molton throttled Tony Burke 21-5 by technical fall at 125 pounds, and Chris Earnest shut out Josh Yost 17-0 by technical fall at 157 to deliver large chunks of team scoring. Those matches emphasized both offense and control across multiple weights.

The dual’s decisive moment came when Levi Hopkins recorded a fall at 197 pounds, netting six team points and putting the shutout out of reach. Campbell added insurance at heavyweight when Taye Ghadiali closed with a 20-4 technical fall over Tyler Mousaw, keeping the pressure on VMI through the final bout.
