Bellarmine Men's Wrestling beat Davidson Men's Wrestling 42-3 at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY on February 9, 2025. The meeting in SoCon competition was decided by a string of bonus-point results that swung the dual heavily in Bellarmine’s favor.

Bellarmine piled up major damage with three technical falls. Jack Parker overwhelmed Enis Ljikovic 15-0 by technical fall at 125 pounds, Trayce Eckman followed with an 18-2 technical fall over Hale Robinson at 133, and Devan Hendricks put up a 20-5 technical fall against Brett Sanderlin at 184. Each of those techs earned five team points and tightened the gap quickly.

The final knockout blow came at heavyweight when Daulton Mayer pinned DJ Spring II for six team points. That fall, combined with the three earlier tech falls, produced a run of bonus scoring that the Wildcats could not overcome and effectively decided the dual well before the final whistle.

Davidson managed just three team points in the meeting and could not match Bellarmine’s string of bonus victories. The 39-point margin underscored Bellarmine’s advantage in bonus scoring on the day and left little doubt about the outcome by the end of the lineup.
