Nebraska knocked off Wisconsin 28-9 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on January 28, 2024, as the Cornhuskers collected several high-value wins to build a decisive margin. The dual never felt close once Nebraska began racking up bonus points.

Brock Hardy’s performance at 141 pounds was one of the most emphatic results. Hardy beat Felix Lettini 19-4 by technical fall, putting five team points on the board and swinging momentum firmly toward Nebraska. At 149 pounds, Ridge Lovett sealed another big swing with a fall over Julian George, delivering six team points and further widening the gap.

The Cornhuskers added one more major blow at 197 pounds when Silas Allred also recorded a 19-4 technical fall over Josh Otto for five more bonus points. Those three bonus victories alone supplied 16 of Nebraska’s 28 points and were the deciding factor in the dual, overwhelming Wisconsin’s nine-team points.

Nebraska’s ability to convert chances into bonus scoring left Wisconsin with too much ground to make up. The Badgers scored in multiple matches but could not match the three bonus wins that defined the night, handing Nebraska the 28-9 road victory in Madison.
