Presbyterian @ Appalachian State Recap
Appalachian State blanked conference foe Presbyterian 42-0 in Boone, N.C., on January 27, 2025, cruising to a shutout in the dual meet.
The decisive moments were the string of bonus-point wins that piled up the margin. At 174 pounds Luke Uliano finished it with a fall for six team points, while Kaden Keiser’s 20-3 technical fall at 149 and Will Miller’s 17-1 technical fall at 165 each delivered five-team-point swings that put the dual well out of reach.
Bryson Terrell’s 9-0 major decision at 125 added four more bonus points and helped keep the pressure on Presbyterian. Jeremiah Price also contributed a big win with a 19-7 major decision at 157, further chipping away at any comeback opportunity.
All told Appalachian collected five bonus-point victories worth 24 team points, an advantage that decided the meet long before the final whistle. The Mountaineers’ balance of pins, tech falls and majors turned a close competition into a comprehensive 42-0 victory.
