Little Rock beats Cal Poly 30-8 at Jack Stephens Center

Ceasar Garza’s late reversal and a pin by No. 3 Stephen Little were standout moments in Little Rock’s 30-8 dual meet victory over Cal Poly on Feb. 15, 2026.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock defeated Cal Poly 30-8 at the Jack Stephens Center on Feb. 15, 2026.

Cal Poly opened the dual when No. 20 Koda Holeman earned a 17-2 technical fall at 125 pounds. Holeman recorded takedowns in the first period and used a second-period takedown and a four-point nearfall to create the decisive margin.

Little Rock answered with six consecutive wins through the middle weights. Dillon Cooper took a 4-1 decision at 133 pounds. Brennan Van Hoecke finished by fall at 141, and No. 20 Brock Herman held off Andre Gonzales 9-6 at 149.

No. 18 Jaivon Jones beat No. 33 Jagger French 5-2 at 157 after a third-period three-point takedown provided the decisive margin. No. 5 Matty Bianchi recorded two takedowns and an escape to win 7-2 at 165.

Late in the lineup, Gunner Holland prevailed 4-2 at 174. No. 3 Stephen Little added a reversal early in the second period and then recorded the fall at 197 to put Little Rock firmly ahead. Michael Gasper closed the dual with a 7-3 decision at heavyweight.

Cal Poly’s other victory came at 184 pounds when No. 27 Ceasar Garza rallied for a 10-9 decision. Garza earned a reversal with fewer than 30 seconds remaining to reclaim the lead and secure the win; the Cal Poly report notes that victory completed an unbeaten duals slate for Garza this season.

The dual featured several ranked matchups and late, decisive scoring sequences. Little Rock’s balanced run of decisions and two falls produced the 30-8 team margin at the Jack Stephens Center.
