Iowa State Men's Wrestling edged South Dakota State Men's Wrestling 20-15 in Brookings, SD on February 14, 2025 at South Dakota State University. The dual came down to three bonus-point wins that separated the visitors from the home team in a close meet.

Evan Frost delivered a major decision at 133 pounds, topping Derrick Cardinal 11-3 and earning four team points. A bit later Jacob Frost recorded a fall over Logan Swensen, the pin worth six team points and swinging momentum in Iowa State’s favor. Paniro Johnson added another major at 149, beating Colin Dupill 14-4 for four more team points. Those three bonus victories combined for 14 of Iowa State’s 20 team points.
