North Carolina Men's Wrestling beat Duke Men's Wrestling 41-9 at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill on February 23, 2024. The Tar Heels piled up bonus points across the lineup, turning what could have been a close meet into a comfortable 32-point margin.

Spencer Moore supplied one of the early momentum moments, pinning Logan Agin at 125 pounds for six team points. Duke answered in the 133-pound bout when Raymond Adams scored a 10-1 major decision over Max Martin, giving the Blue Devils their only bonus-point result of the night and keeping the meet competitive briefly.

The dual shifted decisively when North Carolina strung together multiple bonus victories in the middle weights. Jayden Scott rolled to a 21-4 technical fall at 149 pounds and Sonny Santiago followed with a 20-5 technical fall at 157, while Isaias Estrada recorded a fall at 165. That sequence of tech falls and a pin produced the bulk of the Tar Heels’ edge and pushed the score well out of reach for Duke.

Duke did salvage a late highlight as Connor Barket closed at 285 pounds with a 20-4 technical fall over Adam Honis, but North Carolina’s bonus-point outburst earlier in the lineup proved decisive. The Tar Heels finished with multiple pins, techs, and majors to secure the 41-9 victory.
