Duke Men's Wrestling topped Morgan State Men's Wrestling Team 28-11 at Hill Field House in Baltimore on November 16, 2025. The Blue Devils collected enough bonus points to separate themselves from the Bears in a dual that hinged on a handful of technical falls.

Morgan State's Javaan Yarbrough delivered a big individual result at 133 pounds, stopping Duke's John King 17-2 by technical fall and picking up five team points that kept the Bears competitive. Duke answered with two decisive bonus wins of their own. At 141 pounds Raymond Adams put together a 19-4 technical fall over Blake Bryant for five points, and at 197 pounds Owen McGrory capped his match with a 17-1 technical fall against Eric Washington Jr., another five-point swing.

Those two Duke tech falls provided 10 of the Blue Devils' team points and ultimately made the difference in the final margin. With bonus scoring on both sides, the meet became a battle of bursts of offense rather than a string of narrow decisions, and Duke’s ability to secure extra points proved decisive.

In the end the 17-point margin reflected Duke’s stronger night on bonus scoring against Morgan State, and the three technical falls were the most consequential bouts of the dual between ACC-affiliated Duke and EIWA-affiliated Morgan State.
