Hofstra @ Ohio State

Ohio State defeated Hofstra 38-6 at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH on November 24, 2024. The Buckeyes piled up bonus points across the lineup, turning a dual that never felt close into a decisive victory. Hofstra was limited to six team points while Ohio State collected several majors, technical falls and falls to separate themselves.

Brendan McCrone’s fall over Dylan Acevedo stood out among the bonus wins, and Nic Bouzakis added a 12-2 major decision that kept pressure on Hofstra through the lighter weights. Those early bonus results made it difficult for Hofstra to chip away at the deficit.

On the upper end of the lineup Ohio State finished emphatically.
