Minnesota knocked off Illinois 28-12 at the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL on February 9, 2024. The visitors’ margin of victory was built on a handful of high-impact results rather than a wide spread of decision wins, and those bonus points decided the dual.

At 149 pounds Drew Roberts supplied the first large swing, downing Jake Harrier 15-3 for a major decision and four team points.
